It is official, 2015 wasn’t a good year for men’s gym style. Even though that many fashion and style websites have been preaching about upgrading your gym clothes, most men are still stuck on their white tanks and surf board shorts.
After I started seeing some guys working out with their working jeans and caterpillar construction boots, I decided that I needed to do an intervention.
#Remember that Hottie – I don’t know about your gym, but in my gym the cute girls are always dressed up appropriately, with matching shoes and cool workout clothing.
So do you think that those hot girls that work their asses off, literally, will be wasting their time with a guy who shows up at the gym looking sloppy. You will be lucky if they don’t call the security staff on you.
Seriously, I don’t understand, if I am a guy who likes fitness, I certainly want a girl who looks fit and extremely sexy. And what other better place to find that girl than at a gym?
Finding a Men’s Workout Clothes, Not An Easy Task
I was very surprised after spending a lot of time on the internet looking for men’s workout clothes, that there are actually not a whole lot of brands that carry cool styles.
It seems like this is the same issue for men’s jewelry and accessories. Even though it may seem like there are a lot on the market, I don’t think I would wear most of them.
What happens is that a lot of new brands try to go for the cheap stuff because they don’t think men would spend much money on gym clothes.
To some point this may be true, but I see this changing as some men, including myself, are looking for workout clothing with high quality.
Of course there are big brands like Nike, Adidas and Under Armour, but I am usually looking for something different from what everyone else is wearing.

#Monday is national chest day so you will need something that will show some part of your chest. I focus a lot on my upper chest because I think that’s one part that will make your chest stand out more.
I used to wear the stringer tanks but now I am not a big fan of it anymore. It just doesn’t look very good on, unless you want to look like a bodybuilder.
Buy a tank top that will show enough without looking like a douche.
As you can see, I am a very big fan of gray and black and I think this is a great look for your #Back day.
I am dying to get my hands on this Roshe One Camo sneaker. It is very unique and the camo part looks amazing.
I was always a fan of the lifting straps. It may not look useful for many, but it is actually a very needed accessory.
#How It works: The problem is that your hand grip sometimes is weaker than your other body muscles, so even though you have the strength to lift more, you may not be able to because your hands can’t handle the weight.
So the lift strap will be attached to your wrist so you don’t rely on your hand grip. I use it mostly for back exercises, and exercises with bars like Romanian dead lifts.
The #leg day is hated by many because it is one of the hardest muscle parts to workout. Doing a lot of squats, presses and extensions causes a big pain on your legs; but it’s the only way it will grow.
I have found that the compression tights are extremely good for leg exercises. I feel so much better on my leg workouts now with the tights that I wanted to find out how it works.
When you are working hard on your legs, that area can become inflamed. That muscle area will then get an increase in fluid and white blood cells to that affected area, causing swelling and increase of pressure.
The compression tights help to reduce the pain by ‘fighting’ this fluid buildup, decreasing the swelling and pressure.

My favorite workout day has to be #arms day. I love to see my arms getting all pumped and I usually work biceps and triceps back and fourth.
I have talked before of what you should have on your gym bag, and I think most of you benefited from it. You should carry with you all the things to improve your first impress; including a soft sport cologne.
As you know, I am addicted to shopping and I love designer pieces, so this outfit is more on the luxury side. It never hurts to show a little Dolce&Gabbana underwear lol.

Very cool and comfortable wear for your #friday shoulder workout. You get the comfortableness of the sweater but without hiding your cut deltoid.

I own two of these new balance sneakers in other colors. They are one of my favorites and a great way to stay away from the modern running sneakers.
Since you should be doing more cardio on Friday to get ready for your weekend cheat day, I added a jumping rope and a sweat band from Lacoste.

Look good on your own skin and step out of your comfort zone.
Since I started working out and living a health lifestyle my self-steam has been to the roof.
The same with fashion and style. When you find out what are the type of clothes you like and you start dressing up, you will not only motivate yourself more, but will get a lot of compliments from others.
I have been always a big supporter of “the different”. If you look around your gym, most men don’t take the time to put on nice clothes, so when you do, you are already one step ahead of them.
