How can I track my order?
Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, go to the “my orders” section in your account.

Since our items are shipped directly from our manufacture to you, to avoid extra costs, the estimated arrival time will be from 14 – 28 days.
We want to provide the best products to you and we believe that cutting costs would be more beneficial for our customers. We hope you agree with us :).

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, We ship Worldwide. Due to our insurance restrictions, we are currently not shipping to:Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Ivory Coast (Cote d’Ivoire), Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Azerbaijian, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
Taxes and Duties
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value (where it applies).
Outside the USA, destinations are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country we are shipping to; in most cases payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we are unable to advise the amount this may be.
Where is my order?
We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are again only an estimate.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details and a tracking number.
You may also go to ‘My Account’ or ‘Track Order’ to see your order status.
How do I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we will provide you with a shipping address once you contact our customer support.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make exchanges at this moment.

Received damaged item
In a rare case you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank and may take more days than we estimate.
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
